COVID Vaccination Policy & Booking
Matt Voyles Myotherapy & Remedial Massage welcomes clients who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and are free of cold or flu like symptoms.
To be fully vaccinated, you need to have 2 or more doses of an approved vaccine.
Massage therapy can operate for fully vaccinated clients only; or clients who are not fully vaccinated, but hold a valid medical exemption certificate from an Australian registered medical practitioner. The new rules came into effect on 21 October 2021 in Victoria.
Clients must share their proof of vaccination status during QR check-in
A temperature check or mask use may apply

Massage & COVID Vaccination
Guidelines by the Association of Massage & Myotherapy Australia recommend that you wait for at least 48 hours after receiving a COVID vaccination before getting a massage or myotherapy treatment. If you feel unwell or have any adverse reaction after vaccination contact your GP or call emergency services on 000.

What Matt Voyles Myotherapy & Massage does to keep you safe:
Screening clients to ensure full vaccination & free of cold or flu like symptoms prior to treatment (medical exemption may apply)
Regular sanitising of commonly touched surfaces in the practice space
Avoiding crowding by only seeing one client per appointment; no walk-ins
Regular ventilation of practice space by opening external windows; negative airflow in bathroom facilities
Providing hand sanitiser & disposable masks free of charge to clients
Linen change between all clients including disposable single-use face covers
